LCJ submitted a State application for this acquisition/rehabilitation development, New Caney Oaks, in March 2020. New Caney Oaks is a 101 unit multi-phase apartment community in the Houston/The Woodlands MSA with significant value-add potential. LCJ projects a closing date in November 2020, with plans to commence construction in Q2 2021.
