LCJ Management, Inc. specializes in all aspects of the management and operation of rural affordable housing communities.  Each property varies in its  restrictions and regulations, along with its specific target market.  Our company has vast experience in navigating these market conditions while working alongside the offices of USDA Rural Development, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Our experience with these agencies has provided us with a rounded working knowledge of rental restriction rules and their effect on occupancy, operations, and lease-up.
